I have been a member at Willow Way Centurion for almost 2 years now, and I can confidently say that it’s been an incredible journey. The gym offers a variety of functional training workouts that have improved both my physical and mental health.  The coaches, Daniel and Stephan, are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and provide personalized attention to each and every member. They’ve helped me to push past my limits and achieve things that I never thought possible. When l look back on when l first started at Willow Way Centurion and where l am now and the things l have managed to accomplish l cannot help but feel proud, I look good, I feel good and I am happy.

But what truly sets Willow Way Centurion apart is the sense of community that’s been fostered here. I’ve made friends who have become family, and the support and encouragement that I’ve received from both the coaches and fellow members have been invaluable. When I first joined Willow Way I needed to fall in love with training again.
After joining I didn’t just love it, I was able to gain skills in order to complete with the best there is.
